How to update OAuth settings for Oracle Cloud Services (EPM) in IDCS?

Summary:

I am trying to enable OAuth 2.0 authentication using refresh tokens in our Oracle EPM Cloud environments. I have already created an Integrated Application in IDCS with Device Code enabled and OAuth works at the application level. However, I cannot update the OAuth settings (e.g. enable refresh tokens as an allowed grant type) on the Oracle Cloud Services entries themselves in IDCS, as these settings are read‑only. I want to understand whether it is possible to update these Oracle Cloud Service OAuth settings, and if so, how this should be done.
