Unable to add documentation to delivered agents

Hello all,

We are currently setting up the Benefits Policy Advisor and Leave and Absence Policy Advisor Oracle delivered agents. We are not able to add documents to the agents though. I have seen some other posts on this, but our case seems to be a bit different.

We are seeing a red icon after creating the agent, and it seems that we are not able to edit the agent when we see that.

Is there some sort of privilege that we are missing?
