AOR - Area of Responsibility - 26A

Summary:

When I navigate to Setup and Maintenance, I can see the “Maintain Areas of Responsibility” task listed.


However, the actual access appears to be available only through My Client Groups → Workforce Structures → Maintain Areas of Responsibility. Does this indicate that I may not have the correct access from Setup and Maintenance?

Additionally, could you please guide me on how to:

  • Create a new AOR
  • Assign it to an employee ( I can do it by person management page or "Maintain Areas of Responsibility")
  • Restrict data access so that the employee can view only their department

Any guidance or documentation you can share would be greatly appreciated.
