Salesforce access for CPQ OAuth user

Summary:

We have enabled OAuth (IDCS) integration in Oracle CPQ, and our CPQ REST APIs are invoked by an external system using OAuth authentication. When the API is invoked, a CPQ action executes (as the OAuth service user) and triggers an integration that pushes CPQ quote data to Salesforce Opportunities. However, the OAuth user created in CPQ is a non‑UI, system user and cannot log in to CPQ or hold credentials.
