Update permission of report with custom role

Summary:

We want to limit the visibility of some reports only to specific user roles. We tried to add permission but we are not able to see the custom roles. We can add each user but that would mean that we would need to add new users who should have access.

Are we missing a privilege to make these custom roles available under permissions for the reports?
