Learning OTBI reports does not retrieves data when item has no access view mode

Hello, I'm trying to build a report from the subject area Workforce Learning - Learning Management Real Time to extract learning history of workers (completed courses). The issue is : it does not retrieve learning history for the "no access" view mode learning items. How can I retrieve this data ?

In that case, could you provide BI Pulisher Sql to extract learning history of a selected worker ?
