Autoprovision is not working automatically for some transaction(future dated)

Dear experts,

We have encountered an issue where some transactions are not automatically triggering role autoprovisioning. Based on my monitoring, this seems to be affecting all future-dated transactions. However, the autoprovisioning works correctly when the "Add Autoprovision Role" button is clicked manually in the security console.

Steps:

1. New hire was created in 2025 with hire data on 2026-Feb as a future hire. And the employee reports to a line manager who has no directs before.

2. We can see the direct under the manager in connection.

3. The manager does not have the line manager role auto provisioned.

4. If we click on the button, the line manager role is autoprovisioned.
