Unable to see answers and attachments to observation checklists

Summary:

We have a requirement for attachments added to a learners self-assessment observation checklist to be visible to learning specialists.

When trying to access these through the new redwood learning assignments redwood page, I cannot see where attachments or answers are visible.

For example, I used a test user to upload an attachment in the self-assessment, as shown in the screenshot below:

However, in the back-end as a learning specialist, they are unable to see any answers or attachments to the self-assessment:

In the old UI, this information was visible, why is it now now?
