EPM Cloud REST API Role for UPload file and delete file

This is about security roles for the REST API calls to work. We are interested in two REST APIs i.e. DELETE FILE(v3) AND UPLOAD File (11.1.2.3.600), we want to know which role (apart from service admin) would be able to do these tasks for EPM Cloud - Planning. 

 

As per document URLs below, it is mentioned that the roles required are 

a) Service administrator

OR b) Any predefined role and the "Migrations – Administer" granular role

 however, we can't find any granular role called "Migrations - Administer" role that can be provisioned to a user, in EPM PBCS access control.
