Employee unable to upload documents in Document Records but can elsewhere - Redwood
Summary:
We are still using delivered roles. In the Redwood Document Types page, if an employee selects a document, none of the fields appear, including the attachment option.
I've looked at the Document Type config (no restrictions), the doc type security profiles just for fun, made sure there's not already an existing rule in VBS. Where could this be stemming from? I can upload with my access, but someone with just the delivered Employee role cannot. I've never seen this and am hitting a bit of a brick wall.
