Privilege Usage Tracking and Transaction-Level Audit Reporting in Oracle Fusion

We have a requirement from the Business to understand whether Oracle Fusion supports tracking of privilege-level usage of a user specifically:

Is there any standard functionality or report that captures which specific privileges were executed by a user, with a transaction date ?

Please let me know if there is any approach to derive this information.

Additionally, we would like clarification on audit capabilities:

If Audit (through Audit Policies) is enabled, can we extract reports showing "User-wise transaction activity". We have only AAC module in scope. Enabling Audit policies along side AAC is feasible?
