Decimals getting rounded

I have a custom PaaS page and using OPA for workflow.

In the custom page, the decimals are rounded to 5 as per the requirement. But in OPA and workflow notifications, the decimals are getting rounded to three.
How can I make sure the decimals are rounded to 5?
