ORC validation rules for external posting

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM

Summary:

Hello,

We have a requirement to prevent the external publication of JR that have been approved for Internal recruitment only.

We have created a DFF in the JR detailed "Internal/External" which is working as expected.But when I'm trying to build a rule "If JR = Internal only" then External Posting = error nothing is happening.I can post my JR without any message.

Please find below the rule I have build.Could you please help me?
