Is it possible to have Vendor Security Questions via Supplier Portal?

Hello Oracle experts, our business stakeholder would like to have the vendor security assessment that will be organized not just having communication via email. Annually, they are requesting active vendors to provide such requirements like ISO certification, compliance with applicable legal requirements, and whatnot. Currently, all these type of communication and exchanging of documents and approvals are happening via email only. Is it possible to have all these via Supplier Portal? For your expert advise. Thank you.
