Enabling the option to set the Candidate selection Process section as Read Only

Description (Required):

The Visual Builder Studio should support the option to make the Candidate selection Process in add Requisition Configuration screen Read Only. Currently in VBS the option is locked to make it Read only.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Recruiters and admins can now change the Candidate selection flow to previous (not used) version and that previous candidate selection flow version cannot be disabled (as it is still being used in ongoing requisitions) This is needed to be set Read Only so that it cannot be changed to previous/old version.
