Unable to find Job History for Scheduled BI Report

Hello,

I have a report scheduled to run automatically every month on the 1st day of the month. The report is configured with bursting to deliver the output to the relevant recipients.

The first scheduled execution worked correctly. The report ran successfully on 1st March, and the output was delivered as expected.

However, for the second scheduled month, the report did not appear to run at all. There is:

  • No job history displayed for the expected execution date
  • No generated output
  • No delivery received by the recipients
  • No visible error message or failed job entry

I would like to understand how to properly diagnose this issue.
