New IAM Login Screen, large prioritized SSO Button, visible environment name

We use SSO for everything. This is a company policy requirement. Only a handful of teammates among the thousands of users have the ability to login without using SSO. The new IAM login screen deprioritizes single sign on and moves the button to the bottom and made it small, too small to hold a reasonable amount of text.

I need a way to drive people to this button. I am open to all options. Location, colors, sizing, dedicated SSO page. This change will have a large impact on our user base. Many of them use the system or possibly a computer infrequently. A lot of concern has been raised about user inundating the help desks with calls about login issues that really could be avoided.
