HR Help Desk - Best Practice for Multi-Level Approvals
Hi - I'm looking for some guidance and best practice around implementing approvals in HR Help Desk. Also open to workarounds for this.
I understand approvals are not available OOTB and I've seen multiple references to using Application Composer object workflows.
However, I haven't found any clear end to end examples or guidance on how this should be designed in practice.
Requirement:
We have a use case where a manager raises a HD Request with the category Create Position, and this request needs to go through a multi-step approval process before HR action it.
Questions:
- Has anyone successfully implemented multi-level approvals within HRHD using Application Composer/Object Workflows?
