IS there a way to set Time Zone setting(CST) for word package while User Preferences(CST)

Summary:

Report Package Footer Timings of a pdf package with a report and a word doclet attached with data from the file show different timezones in the pdf output.

1. Report which has a footer with the User Preferences setting of CST shows properly at CST time without any issues
2. Word doclet with a footer defined (Microsoft word footer date and time function/Insert option) in the word doclet definition and has an embedded content from Excel Reference Doclet do not show CST but has UTC as timezone poulated when the published pdf is generated.
   1. This word doclet does show with the right date and time in smartview but when published either from smartview or from the narrative report "report center" does not provide print the time as expected.
