Sales Order Import Pricing Issue

Summary:

While importing sales order through FBDI, facing this error- Order Management can't price the sales order because it can't identify a charge for item TBxxx89, with unit of measure EA. (FOM-4515095). Details: Go to the Pricing Administration work area and examine the set ups that affect item TBxxx89. Examine your price lists, pricing strategy, pricing algorithms, and other set ups and make sure they correctly reference the item. Next, go to the Order Management work area and reprice the order.

I have set the Freeze Price Flags to "Yes" and defined the charges and charge components in the FBDI to populate external prices and not derive from the Fusion Pricing. Can anyone help me with this issue?
