Unable to load carryover through HDL, representing balance from a previous system

Dear Community,

Your valuable support is needed again. I am working on an absence migration for a group of employees, from a previous system to HCM. The enrollment start date is Jan 1 2026. The accrual method is incremental, and the repeating period is Semi-monthly, with the first periodic accrual on Jan 15 2026.

Since there is previous balance from 2025 and it is due to expire in 2026, this remaining balance has to be added as carryover. I have used the following HDL:
