Converter derived Property does not recalculate if there is an update at the source side

Summary:

We have target description as derived at the converter where it concats name +LE + description(derived from associated node) from source. But every time if there is any update in the derived description this does not trigger any subscription and does not sync in the target application. Which had caused applications out of sync, to fix this manual comparsions and requests are required to fix it.

Is there a way to address this issue ?
