Price Roll Up for Nested Models

Summary:

My customer is looking for a solution to roll up price for nested models. In the current state the roll up happens only at the parent level but client is looking to roll up at one step below the parent.

In the example below R-3451228-WER (ATO Model) contains a another ATO Model (R-65312S), the requirement is the price should roll up to the R-65312S ATO Model and not to the parent.

Any advice how this can be accomplished.
