redline Document class attachment

in Product Management

We have configured a Document class and attachment category is setup.We have created a document (e.g., Doc1) and attached a image to this Doc1. This we released through a change order. Now If it required to redline using a Change order. For this we have created a new change order and added Doc1 as affected object. When I open this affected object (Doc1) and tried to redline the attached image, the delete option is greyed out. Please help me on above requirement to redline a document while it is in change order.
