Seniority Dates to capture termination date

in Human Capital Management

we are trying to capture the seniority for termination based on few conditions and we have written a rule and able to display the termination date.

  1. We have a requirement to display the Field value (Seniority Date) only if the termination is entered else it should be blank .
  2. we are looking at renaming Seniority dates to Qual_term_Date. Any workaround to rename the fields?
