Enforce item cost basis from Secondary cost book for the calculation of transfer price in SCFO

Summary:

I have a business requirement wherein business is willing to take the item cost basis from secondary cost book.

1. primary cost book follows Actual cost method. Primary ledger is associated to this.
2. secondary cost book follow standard cost method. This is ledger less cost book. This shall be used only for analysis purpose.
3. primary ledger to secondary ledger conversion shall be taken care at the general ledger level.
4. while calculating the transfer price for intercompany transfers / dropship orders, business requirement is to take item cost from the secondary cost book (standard cost method).

kindly suggest workaround for this.
