Headcount Value Not Updating When Adding a New Assignment as Primary

I tried adding a new assignment for an employee as Primary Assignment values as Yes and Primary Work Relationship values as Yes the Headcount Value in Person management is not Updating for the new Primary Assignment.

I tried adding a new assignment for an employee as Primary Assignment values as Yes and Primary Work Relationship values as Yes, the Headcount Value in Person management is not Updating for the new Primary Assignment. I have attached screenshots of the issue we are facing. Looks to be a Redwood defect.
