Hide 'Element Group' on Local and Global Transfer Page

On the 'Local and Global Transfer' > 'Payroll details' page, there is a field for 'Element Group' that shows up when 'Copy element entries to the new employment record' is switched on, but there is no way in VBCS to hide the 'Element Group' because it doesn't exist - it only shows up when the one is selected.

Is there a workaround to hide this?

The 'Element Group' does not have anything that shows up; our team wants to keep the switch for the first field, but does not want the field that automatically comes up ('Element Group').
