Implicit shared node behaviour for shared members

Summary:

I have implemented implicit shared nodes for my requirement where having the flag as TRUE should add the member into target viewpoint and having the flag as FALSE should remove the member from the target viewpoint. This works fine, but its also enabling the shared member in the alternate hierarchies which is causing issues during the workflow implementation. Implicit node is supporting only node level properties not relationship level properties. is there an alternate way to tackle this issue ?
