Summary:

I am unable to edit the biographical details for Pending Workers. When logging in to the HCM application and navigating to the “Complete Personal Details” task, the Biographical Information section does not display an Edit button, and all fields are greyed out. Our requirement is to enable edit access only for Pending Workers, not for Employees. Is there any possibility to conditionally enable the Edit button using VBCS, based on the Pending Worker role?
