Am unable to Transfer Budget from Project to Project.

Hello All ,

Am having a issue , when users are transfered material from project to project material is transfering , but not transfering available budget , could you please let us know if anyone knows on this .
Examples :-
Project - 1 Having 10 Q with 1000 rs
Project -2 Having 0 Q with 0 rs
Requirement :-
Project - 1 Having 10 Q with 1000 rs ( Transfer from Project -1 to Project -2 )

Project -2 Having 0 Q with 0 rs

Transfering material :-
Project - 1 transfered 10 Q with 1000 rs to Project -2

Then
In Project -2 Should Having 10 Q with 1000 rs ( This is what we are expectations )
In Project -1 Having 0 Q with 0 rs
