Is it possible to hide the Commercial Folder in the Negotiation Requirements page for specific users

The requirement is to restrict visibility of the Commercial Folder in the Negotiation Requirements page for third-party contractor users in Oracle Fusion. The contractors will create negotiations using predefined templates; however, they should not be able to view and access the Commercial Folder. Access to the Commercial Folder should be limited only to authorized internal users based on their assigned roles or access privileges.

The objective is to prevent external users from accessing sensitive commercial information during the RFQ/Negotiation process.
