Requirement to build a Sick Leave for GBR where there is a reset

in Human Capital Management

The requirement is that the clock resets after a gap of 8 weeks between two absences. Both the entitlement and days gets refreshed.

Trying to build a Fast Formula, but not able to achieve it.

Any Suggestions?
