Best approach to migrate a single month of YTD data between FCCS applications

Summary:
We have an FCCS application where data is loaded on a YTD basis (Closing Balance Input and Calculate Movements way). There is a requirement to migrate data for just one specific month from a Production application to a lower environment (Dev).

The key constraint is that we want to move this data as-is, without having to reload or reprocess historical/YTD data from source files again in the target environment.

What would be the most efficient and reliable approach to achieve this?
