Error uploading item transactions default through FSM

Summary:

I there. I'm trying to upload 40000 item transaction default records and I get the error:

Status: Completed with errors. Status details: Insufficient data received from the service. Verify that the service is working correctly. The service URL is https://fa-internal.oracleoutsourcing.com:10663/fscmService/DefaultLocatorForItemService.

1. Anyone knows the reason and how to fix it?

2. Is there any volumen limitation to upload records? As far as I know there was a limit of 10MB in the file, but the file I uploaded was less than 2MB before zipping it.

3. Is there any trick to do this setup defining the default locator per subinventory or per item category instead of defining one record per item? Finally the target is that the movement requests work in the affected subinventories…
