FCCS Long Consolidation Time

Summary: FCCS appears to be stuck when user’s run consolidation during their data load process. A lot of users are experiencing unexpected delays because FCCS appears to have some type of hold-up when the data load goes through the consolidation process. When consolidation appears on the job screen, the status will stay on “processing” for a long time, some users we monitored showed that the consolidation process took over 15 minutes. The activity report from last night showed that one of our users took close to 30 minutes to run consolidation. For reference, the consolidation for 1 entity usually only takes
