ADB on Dedicated Infrastructure - Workarounds for virtually no access to platform log files?
Summary:
We have a few on-prem Exadata racks plus new implementations in OCI gov cloud on dedicated infrastructure. Our current frustration is the inability to view platform log files in OCI. How can we streamline resolution of issues (errors) raised when we cannot drill down on them?

Having to open an SR for each issue is tedious, especially since the Support Engr must interface with Operations to answer even the simplest question. Even the Support Engr cannot access the log files.
Today we tried to create a standby database, which raised the error "Create autonomous Data Guard failed." There is absolutely nothing that we can do with this information other than open a SR.
