Dormant Users Report (IDCS)

Hi All,

For the Dormant User Report in IDCS, we would like to clarify the following question:

For users who approve Change Orders directly through email notifications, would this action be considered as “logged into IDCS” activity, or would it still be treated as no login activity?

We are using Oracle Fusion PLM, where one of the key functions is Change Order management. Oracle’s out-of-the-box functionality allows approval notifications to be sent via email, and users can directly click “Approve” within the email to complete the approval process without manually logging into the application.

Therefore, we would like to understand whether this type of action would be counted as login activity in IDCS or not? Thank you.
