Working Hours set to visible but not seen on Manage Job Offers page

Summary:

I am trying to get the Working Hours to appear on the Redwood Manage Job Offers page. Below is what I made visible in VBS and it is not working. I did turn the responsive page back on in a sandbox to be sure the person I am testing with has working hours so it's not a matter of Redwood not showing fields that are blank. I appreciate any thoughts!
