Error Communicating PO to Supplier

Hi Experts,
Please me this case.
After a PO is approved, it occasionally fails to communicate to the supplier with the following error:
"The document wasn't communicated to the supplier because an application error occurred while generating the PDF. Contact your administrator for assistance."
Observations:
- Out of 50+ POs, approximately 5 encounter this error
- Re-communicating the same PO manually is successful
- The issue cannot be reproduced in lower environments
Could you please assist in investigating this issue?
