HDL Loaded Termination Reasons not appearing in OTBI

We have recently loaded a large number of terminations to Fusion via an HSDL loader. The loader for some reason does not add the Action/Termination Reason. As an interim fix our support team loaded the Action Reasons via HDL. These reasons now appear in the application but do not seem to appear in OTBI.

We use the OTBI analytic to analyse Leaver Data over time.

The OTBI analytic is based on the Assignment Real Time subject area.

Has anyone got any ideas why this may be happening.
