I need your guidance on writing advanced expression.

I need to default the value in rate (included as rate component of salary).

If 200000 > Annual Amount (Rate ABC) > 100000 and Grade = 5 then XYZ Rate = 20000

If 200000 > Annual Amount (Rate ABC) > 100000 and Grade = 6 then XYZ Rate = 25000
