Requester level X supervisor not working as expected as condition attribute in PO hierarchy

edited May 4, 2026 7:35AM in Purchasing

Summary:

Requester level X supervisor not working as expected as condition attribute in PO hierarchy
Steps:
1-User X
2-User X manager in "Security Console" is "MGR1"
3-"MGR1" manager in "Security Console" is "MGR2"
4-In PO hierarchy, It's required depending on the MGR level(1,2), the hierarchy will be established
5-After using the attributes of (Requester level1 supervisor) and (Requester level2 supervisor), the retrieved hierarchy is wrong

The customer is experiencing an issue with the Purchase Order (PO) hierarchy where the condition attributes for requester level supervisors are not functioning correctly.

Specifically, although the manager relationships are correctly defined in the Security Console (User X’s manager is MGR1, and MGR1’s manager is MGR2), the PO hierarchy does not reflect the expected structure when using the attributes for requester level 1 and level 2 supervisors.
