When using Change assignment we getting an error: Cannot invoke "oracle.jbo.server.AssociationDefImp

On the responsive page Change assignment we get this error: "oracle.jbo.server.AssociationDefImpl.get(oracle.jbo.Row)" because the return value of "oracle.jbo.server.AssociationEnd.getAccessor()" is null.

We have tried to republish flexfields but we still get the error. We had not made any other changes to the page. Any ideas to what the errors is telling us?
