Issue with “Sort by Name” Filter in Oracle Learning – My Team > Learning

Has anyone encountered an issue in Oracle Fusion HCM Learning where the “Sort by Name (A‑Z)” filter under My Team > Learning returns no results, even though learners appear correctly when sorted by Due Date? In our case, overdue learners are displayed as expected when using due‑date sorting but switching to name‑based sorting shows zero items or names, even though the item count indicates existing records. This behavior is consistent across different learning items and when using the Switch Team option. Please see the attached screenshot below.
Is this a known defect, configuration issue, or UI limitation? Are there any recommended workarounds or patches to address this behavior?
