Fusion Admin Access Provided in various areas within console

Summary:

Can someone please explain the differences in access provided to a user in the following 3 scenarios? We are preparing for the Fusion IAM upgrade in July and trying to understand what access is provided in each of the following scenarios in order to appropriately provision users

 

1: Creating new custom policies/roles within OCI and provisioning users with these based on the access needed - Fusion Aplications Env Admin, Env Admin, Env Read-Only User, Env Read-Only + Refresh User, Security Admin
