I am trying to configure contract approval and route it to contract administrator. The BPM workflow should trigger when award is submitted for approval and amended contract is and submitted for approval.

I have configured this rule, but this is not triggering any workflow.

"In contracts approval task, If ContractDetails.buyOrSell is "S" and InternalContacts.croCode is "Contract administrator" and ContractDetails.internalContacts Contains InternalContacts. then Response type - Required, users - InternalContacts.username, Rule name - "Rule 1".
