Preview content page appearing blank for Observation Checklist

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We are starting a new Oracle Learning Cloud implementation. We noticed that when the Learning Administrator clicks on 'Preview Content' on an Observation Checklist created using Redwood Self-Paced Learning experience the 'Preview Content' page is appearing blank.

When the same Learning Admin previews the observation checklist via the Questionnaire page, the preview appears fine. I am suspecting a security issue. Has anyone else come across this behavior? Please let us know. We are still on 26A
