Not able to see "Enable Top Selling Configurations" in Redwood Layout, also in Intelligence Portal

Summary:

We are trying to implement the latest feature introduced by Oracle in 26B "Top-Selling Configurations Recommendations". But not able to see the "Enable Top Selling Configurations" in the Design layout of Redwood. Similarly not able to see the "Top-Selling Configurations" tab in the intelligence portal as the above steps are mentioned in the Oracle documentation.
