Change of Retry Logic in EPM Automate in 26.04 Oracle EPM Update

Hello, based on the Oracle document for 26.04 EPM Update, error codes 403 and 404 should be displayed when access is denied or the URL being used is Invalid. We are trying to reproduce the error by putting an incorrect credential and URL, but the error is still "EPMAT-9:Invalid credentials".
